Making a difference in our communities


Kids Out – taking disadvantaged children identified by the Junior schools in the Milford area for a day out at Folly Farm Activity Centre -  we took 74 children in 2019 !! We fund transport, entry fees for children and their carers, and give the kids £10 in tokens to use the facilities of the Centre.

Young Carers - organising and funding a pre- Christmas bowling evening and supper for roughly 20 children.

Direct financial and hands-on manpower support of deserving causes both for individuals and local organisations.


 e.g. H.O.P.E., DPJ Foundation, Pill Social Centre, Milford Haven Youth Matters, Milford Haven Carnival, Air Ambulance Wales, local Special Olympics, Tools for self- reliance, Pembrokeshire MIND, “ Together for Xmas”.


Unlocking the potential of young people


Sending two or three local teenagers for a week on a leadership development course ( RYLA ) in the Brecon Beacons. Sponsorship of two or three Milford Haven Sea Cadets onto week long courses on the offshore Training ships.

Funding and organising Young Musician, and Young Photographer competitions, and Provision of stewards and judges for the annual Pembrokeshire Technology Tournament. Active Milford Haven Youth Matters support, and active support of Friends of the Mount Community organisation. Supporting local junior schools in the provision of books.

Sponsorship of Gelliswick Explorer Scouts, Milford Girls FC, Llangwm Junior Soccer, Milford Haven Sea Scouts, 7th Milford Haven Brownies, 1st Hakin Guides, Neyland Judo, Copeland CC School, Meads Junior School, and Milford United AFC for both major purchases and minor items.
